I am so happy you are here. My name is Jillian and I am your go-to day of event coordinator. Whether it’s your fairytale wedding, baby shower, or a corporate event, I’m your gal. I’ve been in the events industry for 5 years with events ranging from private corporate holiday parties to sold out rock concerts. My passion for the event industry comes from creating the ultimate guest experience. My time with the Disney Corporation taught me that creating great guest experiences comes from paying attention to the smallest details and really listening to your wants and needs.
The name Wildflower was special to me because it reminds me of one of my favorite Lewis Carroll quotes from Alice in Wonderland.

This particular quote has always stuck with me. It reminds me that every person is different and equally beautiful. This is also how I view events and the clients I work with. Every event is different. Whether it’s a bridal shower, wedding, stock the bar, or a holiday party, but they are equally beautiful and unique to the person hosting the event.
My goal is to make sure that when you choose to work with me, you receive an incredible experience. Your event is unique and will be treated as one of kind. I will be there to make sure every flower is in place, the timeline is being followed, and that your vision comes to life. I will be there to make sure the lighting is perfect, that your DJ has the list of songs you want played and the ones you don’t, and to answer questions any guest may have while at your event.
As your day of coordinator, we will meet 2-3 times prior to the event. That way I have a full understanding of your vision, we can walk through the plans you’ve already made, and determine everything I will be responsible for the day of your event. That way you get to enjoy your event and not worry about the details!
